I was first introduced to kefir in 2004 and made it for years. The best is to make it yourself with milk kefir grains and raw milk. If that’s not possible, you can still make with pasteurized, you’ll just miss some of the benefits. Kefir is now sold in stores.

Kefir water and coconut kefir is also on the rise.

As we see the world in a way we’ve never experienced before, there is no better time in history to take your health into your own hands, invest in traditional ways to make ‘medicine’ and become informed on how thwart and mitigate illness and disease. Investing into your gut health will be the BEST investment you’ll ever make.
